Many people enjoy "journaling" their personal Bible study time. Well, if you are like me, sometimes it helps to have a structure that would facilitate such an endeavor. The "Growth Journal" will help you to do just that. It is designed to help you to use your personal Bible study time to learn to apply the Word to all your needs and to record your efforts in an easy format. This process will not only help you get started in "focused" Bible studies, but will also enable you to create your own reference tool to be able to help others who may be struggling in the same areas.
I am providing what a completed "Growth Journal" page might look like for a person who is struggling with anxiety that is associated with all that is going on in the world around us as we face the pressures of these Last Days.
I will also try to regularly add additional samples, addressing a variety of challenges, just to help keep you going!
After reading the sample(s) just click the link at the bottom of the page to get a printable version of the "Growth Journal."
Please let me know how your own "Growth Journal" is going!

◊My Positive Affirmation (I will say what the Word says)
I do not have to participate in the confusion and despair that is going on in the world. The Lord has promised me that He will keep me safe even in the midst of trouble. I will keep my mind on His promises.
◊My Prayer Lord help me to keep my eyes on You. Lead me in a safe path and help me to follow the voice of the Holy Spirit. Increase my faith. I repent for my failure to believe your Word. I will cast all my anxieties on You—I know You will not fail me!
